You may change your shipping address provided the order has not yet shipped and a shipping label has not yet been printed. Once a shipping label has been printed and the package has left our fulfillment center, we are no longer able to change or reroute your shipping address. We offer complimentary FedEx ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $175. For orders under $175, ground shipping is $10.
We additionally offer two expedited shipping options for domestic orders:
- 2-day shipping for $25
- Overnight shipping for $35
- Saturday Delivery Overnight for $40

For full price items eligible for refund, you will receive an email notification when your return is received at our warehouse. You will receive another email within 14 business days notifying you that your return has been processed. If your return is eligible for a refund, once issued it may take up to 3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If more than 3 business days have passed since you received a refund confirmation email and you have not seen the refund credited to your account, please reach out to your bank to inquire before contacting us at fleur@fleurdumal.com for assistance.
Please note, we are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method from the order. We are not able to refund to alternate payment methods.

Route is a premium service that offers protection for your Fleur du Mal order. When you add Route Green Package Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you need to file a claim, simply contact Route's team, and they will review it for approval within 24 - 48 hours. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a reorder or refund to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
If you encounter a delivery issue with your Route protected package please ensure to alert the Fleur du Mal or Route team within 30 days to utilize this coverage. Route does not offer coverage after 30 days of an order delivery date.
Each time you add Route Green Package Protection to your order, Route donates to support an agroforestry initiative that removes CO₂ from the air and promotes a flourishing ecosystem.

Route Green Package Protection costs just $1.95 for all orders under $100 and $4.95 for orders over $100 with a limit of orders valued up to $7,500. You can easily find it in your shopping cart during the checkout process under the Express Checkout option.

If you've added Route Green Package Protection to your order during checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route containing a link to initiate a claim. The process of filing a claim is fast and convenient through the Route Claims Portal. You can file claims for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. If you encounter a delivery issue with your Route protected package please ensure to alert the Fleur du Mal or Route team within 30 days to utilize this coverage. Route does not offer coverage after 30 days of an order delivery date.Please ensure you have either the Fleur du Mal Order Number and/ or the Route Order ID ready when using the claim form.To locate your Route Order ID, please open the email you received from Route and copy the Route Order ID from the email. You will need it when filing your claim. File a claim with Route.
How should a bra fit?
How should a bra fit?
We recommend beginning with our Bra Fit Calculator to determine your best Fleur size. When you first try on a bra, it should be fastened on the loosest hook and eye. This allows you to tighten the band over time as the fabric slowly loosens. When it fits perfectly, the band of your bra should be taught but not too tight and should be horizontal with the floor, your straps should not be so tight that they are pulling the back of your band upwards. Shoulder straps should also be taught but not digging in and should not slip off the shoulders.
The center front of the bra should be flush with your chest in the middle. If you are seeing spillage either over the top of the cup or the underarm area, the next cup size up may be a better fit. If there is gapping in the cup, you may want to try a smaller cup size.
Bra fit differs between different fabrications and cuts. If the fit isn’t feeling perfect, we also recommend trying out your sister size. Please refer to our Sister Size chart in the question below for more information.

Everyone has more than one size option that will work for them when it comes to buying bras. A Sister Size is an alternative to your typical bra size where the cup volume stays the same and the band size and cup letter change. You can sister size up or down from your usual size to ensure you are getting a bra that fits comfortably. To find your sister size, see question "How do I find my sister size?"
